Membership Agreement
Effective Date: August 23, 2025
Welcome to Become Your Best (the “Site” and the “Membership”). By enrolling, accessing, or participating in the Membership, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to protect both you as a participant and us as the provider. Please read them carefully.
1. General Use of Site
This Site and all related Membership content, including videos, downloads, workbooks, coaching calls, and community discussions, are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to copy, distribute, sell, or exploit the Site or its content for commercial purposes.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove Site content, features, or services at any time without notice.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials provided inside the Membership—including, but not limited to, written content, downloadable worksheets, videos, live or recorded calls, graphics, and logos—are the property of Hart Ministries and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own growth and learning.
You may not reproduce, publish, share, modify, distribute, sell, or publicly display any part of the Membership without our prior written consent.
3. Membership Access & Recurring Subscriptions
Membership in Become Your Best is provided on a recurring subscription basis.
By enrolling, you authorize us (through Kajabi’s secure payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Access to content, live calls, the community space, and other Membership benefits continues only while your subscription is active and paid in full.
If your payment method is declined, expires, or otherwise fails, your access to the Membership may be immediately suspended until the issue is resolved.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your Kajabi account settings. Cancellation requests take effect at the end of your current billing cycle—you will continue to have access until that date.
Because Membership materials are delivered digitally and accessible immediately, all payments are non-refundable once processed. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
If you cancel, any bonuses, discounts, or incentives tied to your original plan will be forfeited and may not be reinstated if you rejoin at a later date.
5. Community Guidelines
Membership includes access to a private online community. This space is designed for encouragement, reflection, and respectful conversation.
By participating, you agree to uphold a spirit of kindness, safety, and respect. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, abusive or defamatory language
- Discriminatory or unlawful content
- Spam, self-promotion, or solicitation
We reserve the right to remove posts or revoke community access from any member who violates these guidelines. Removal does not entitle you to a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Become Your Best is an educational and faith-based membership designed for personal growth and spiritual development. It is not a substitute for counseling, therapy, medical treatment, or other professional services.
While our content is created with care, we make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results. Personal transformation depends on your effort, application, and circumstances.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim liability for any loss, injury, or damages—direct, indirect, or consequential—that may arise from your use of the Membership or Site.
You agree to hold harmless Hart Ministries, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims related to your participation.
7. Kajabi Platform Use
This Membership is hosted on Kajabi, a third-party platform. Your use of the Site and Membership is also subject to Kajabi’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Kajabi provides the technical infrastructure, including payment processing, content hosting, and email delivery. While we take every step to maintain smooth operation, we are not responsible for Kajabi’s downtime, errors, or platform issues.
8. Privacy & Data Collection
We collect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including details provided at checkout and through Kajabi’s platform.
By enrolling, you consent to receive Membership-related communications via email. You may manage your communication preferences through your Kajabi account.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
